What we believe...

The basis of our belief is the Bible, the inspired Word of God, which is the final authority in life and doctrine. (2 Tim. 3:16)

Our Mission Statement

We exist to glorify and serve God as we spread His word and encourage others to be like Christ.

Our Beliefs

There is one true and living God, perfect and holy, existing in three persons-- the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19),(Isaiah 46:8-10)

Jesus Christ is God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 1:20-21)

We blelieve in in Jesus' virgin birth, sinless life, teachings, atoning death, bodily resurrection and ascension to heaven. (Matt. 1:23),(Hebrews 4:15),(1 Cor. 14:1-4),(Acts 1:9-11)

Every person has worth as a creation of God, but is separated from Him because of sin. (Romans 3:23)

Salvation is available to all who believe in Jesus and are willing to change, confess their faith and be immersed in water baptism for the forgiveness of sin. (John 3:16),(Romans 10:9),(Acts 2:38)

The church is the body of Christ and should reflect the love and unity for which He prayed. (John 17:20-23),(Ephesians 4:1-16)

Jesus will one day return to take His followers to a home in heaven with Him, where He will reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (1 Thess. 4:13-18)

Our Assembly

As a visitor, you will be greeted with a friendly smile and given a bulletin that includes the order of service for the day. Those who greet you will gladly help you find your place.

Classes for all ages begin at 9:15 A.M. The worship service begins at 10:20 A.M. and closes about 11:30 A.M.

Singing- Several songs of praise will be sung by the congregation. We welcome you to sing along with us. We sing without instrumental accompaniment (acappella).

Prayer- There will be prayers offered during the service. The men who lead the congregation in prayers will pray from their hearts rather than read from a prayer book or recite a prescribed prayer. This is a time when we communicate directly with God.

Communion- The Lord's Supper is served every Sunday to every person who wishes to partake. Its purpose is to remember Christ and His sacrifice on the cross.

Giving- To support the ministries of this congregation, members have opportunity to give a free-will offering every Sunday. Guests may contribute if it is their desire.

Message- A minister will present a Bible message that usually lasts 20-25 minutes. The message is designed to be thought provoking and encouraging. Following the message, an invitation will be offered for anyone to express a need. This is a time when individuals may request prayers from the church body or a private prayer with one of the shepherds. It is also a time when non-Christians can be added to Christ's church through baptism.
